Q. How is postage and handling calculated?

A: Delivery of one or two pieces of equipment, attracts one charge of $10.00 (inc GST) for postage, handling and insurance. (eg one Treadmill attracts a freight charge of $10 but if you order say a Treadmill and another piece of equipment your freight is still $10)see below for other rates

Q. How do you deliver?

A. Fastway Couriers are our preferred delivery service. In most instances your order will be delivered to your door using their nationwide network. If Fastway is not available in your area the services of an "on-forwarder" will be utilised. The replacement service used will be dependant on your local circumstances. In remote areas it is sometimes not possible to ensure door to door service, please contact Juniorgym on 0437 149 687 to discuss concerns if you are in any doubt about your area.

Q. What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?

A. If you are not home at the time of delivery the Fastway driver will leave a calling card outlining delivery options and a direct contact number. It is important that you make contact with the driver to arrange a more convenient delivery time within 2 weeks otherwise your delivery will be returned to sender and your delivery fee forfeited. You may nominate to have the driver leave at address if un-attended but it is important to note this will void insurance on your delivery if it is lost or stolen.

Q. How long should I allow for delivery?

A. "In Stock" items will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 days of receipt of your order. Delivery takes between 1 and 14 working days, Australia wide.

No deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays

Please note there may be occasional delivery delays due to issues beyond our control such as; air freight hold ups at airports, poor weather or spot security checks. These delays are rare however and are not issues that we have any control over. You will be advised of any anticipated delays.
